DESCRIPTION

  • The Malaysia Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia – SKM) is a certification awarded by the Department of Skills Development (DSD) under the Malaysian Ministry of Human Resource.
  • For Certificate in Food Preparation And Production programme, practical training and theoretical study are introduced specifically to provide and train students with relevant skills and knowledge to the needs of the hospitality and food service industry.
  • Upon completion, graduates will be able to start work in entry level-positions in hotels, restaurants or any other food service establishment.
