This award will be used to introduce learners on the initial skills and knowledge required to enter the hospitality sector. It supports learners to both the general requirement of the industry and the specific requirements for the industry.

You will learn about many aspects of the industry and gain valuable practical and teamwork skills.  The qualification covers various routes, including Front Office, Food & Beverage and Housekeeping and the industry as a whole.
