OVERVIEW
The programme aims at producing knowledgeable and skillful workforce with the right attitude who will acquire the necessary competency standards to enter the job market specifically for the hospitality, tourism and services industries.

DURATION
Twelve (12) months

MODULE 
Reception Functions, Cashier Functions, Guest Services Activity, Reporting Functions, Departmental Safety and Security, Departmental Safety and Security, Departmental Cost, Night Audit Functions and Supervisory Tasks

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
18-35 years old (with min. 9 years of schooling, or with 3 years relevant prior work experiences)

CERTIFICATION
Malaysian Skills Certificate (Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia) - Level 3
